First John 1:3-4 I write these things unto you that your Joy may be full. If we say we have no sin, we deceive our selves and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins He is just and faithful to forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. If we say we have not sinned, we call Him a liar and His truth is not in us.
We are all sin from head to toe. We sin continually. But Jesus died and paid our sin debt in full so we can never be condemned again. John 3:18. The GIFT of God is eternal life.
John 10:28-29 First John 2:2 And He is the propitiation for our sins, and not for ours only, but for the sins of the whole world.
Our Joy is based on the GIFT of God, eternal life. In this life we have trouble and trials and tribulation. But there will be Joy in heaven. The GIFT of God is eternal life.
