This probably is the most important question every mankind should think about. Every believer knows that the rapture will occur at any moment from now, when the saints of the Most High will be taken into heaven in the twinkle of an eye. How then are we supposed to live so that we meet the Lord? My answer is two-fold.

First, the holiness standard. Are you born again, have you accepted Jesus Christ in your heart as personal Lord and Saviour? A positive answer to this question is a proof that you are basically ready for His coming. Jesus is coming to take those who believe in him only. Therefore prepare by first being his child. Being God's son means you live a holy life too. Obey the Word of God moment by moment.

Secondly, you need to be active in sharing your faith. Preaching the gospel or winning souls is a way of preparation. This does not only accelerate the coming of the Lord, it also enables other people in the world to get to experience God and readying them for the rapture. As we win souls, we are heaping are rewards in heaven that shall welcome us when we get there.
