According to my understanding, the Orthodox Jewish Bible was completed by Philip Goble in 2002. It is an English language version that applies Yiddish and Hasidic cultural expressions to the Messianic Bible, which is a prior version that was designed for use by Messianic Jews. Although it is in English script (rather than Greek or Hebrew), non-Jewish readers may find it challenging due to the many Jewish terms used, not all of which are translated or elaborated upon. 

For example, the Hebrew Bible renders the familiar text of John 3:16 as follows: "For Hashem so had ahavah (agape) for the Olam Hazeh that Hashem gave the matanah (gift) [Isa 9:5 (6)] of Hashem’s Ben Yechid [Gn 22:12; Prov 30:4; 8:30} so that whosoever has emunah in him may not be ne’evad (lost, perish, be ruined with destruction), but find Chayyei Olam [Daniel 12:2]. "
