What are the ways that God reveals Himself, e.g. Psalm 19:1, but I'm sure there are other ways? I.e. what are the means by which God reveals Himself?

I think theologians differentiate between general and special revelation.

Some ways that occur to me:

His inspired written word (the Bible)

Direct discussion with individuals (as with Abraham and Moses)(Genesis 18 and Exodus 3)

Audible speech (as in John 12:28)

Large-scale miraculous events (such as the parting of the Red Sea (Exodus 14))

Control of weather (such as the 3-1/2 year drought at the time of Elijah (1 Kings 17))

The workings and complexity of nature (aside from their appearance alone, as in the verse cited in the question)

The incarnation of Christ, as well as the signs that He gave of His divinity (such as healings and raising of the dead, and also His resurrection)

Fulfillment of prophecy regarding events occurring far in the future

The inborn human conscience (Romans 2:14-15)

In the Old Testament, God revealed His will through the use of the Urim and Thummim (Exodus 28:30)

From my youth through my teenage years I was taught to look for God in the creation (Psalm 19:1; Acts 14:17) as I grew up spending every summer in northern Wisconsin in my grandmother's cottages in the woods on the river. How beautiful is God's creation I learned!

This was a time in my life when I needed God to reveal himself to me. God seemed to be hidden from me because of my sin (Isaiah 59:2). I was ignorant of God (Acts 17:23) and could not know God unaided (1 Corinthians 1:21). But then He revealed himself to me through the Scriptures as He does anyone who sincerely seeks Him (Psalm 119:105, 130). And this was by His Holy Spirit (Nehemiah 9:20; 1 Corinthians 2:10,12). In the Scriptures, I began to see who Jesus Christ really is (John 1:18; Colossians 1:15; Philippians 2:6; Hebrews 1:3).

I went to church often but didn't understand it or God. The Bible was a mystery, too. But the Sunday School (flannelgraph) stories my Grandmother would tell us from the Bible, "the Scriptures," and the Billy Graham crusade she took us to opened up the door and turned on the light for me (John 8:12). I became saved, and then I began to understand God, the church, and the Bible!
