What is the rift theory and does it relate to the creation of the Suez Canal and the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah?
I have read in a book that the Suez Canal is the location of Sodom and Gomorrah but I can't find any supporting evidence.
Genesis 19:23 - 29
NKJV - 23 The sun had risen upon the earth when Lot entered Zoar. 24 Then the LORD rained brimstone and fire on Sodom and Gomorrah, from the LORD out of the heavens.
