The account of creation in Genesis 1 indicates that God made the entire universe from nothing, merely by speaking it into existence through the agency of His Word (that is, Christ)(John 1:1-3).

Based on that, I have no difficulty believing that God will be able to reconstitute every individual who has ever lived (and died) -- regardless of the manner of their deaths, how long they have been dead, or the state of their remains -- at the close of the age, and also give the redeemed new, glorified bodies that will be like Christ's (1 John 3:2).

(The biblical account of the "dry bones" mentioned in Ezekiel 37:1-14 provides a further basis for this belief, as does Job's statement in Job 19:26 that, even though worms might destroy his body, he would see God in his flesh.)
