Revelation 13 New International Version (NIV) The Beast out of the Sea 13 The dragon stood on the shore of the sea. And I saw a beast coming out of the sea. It had ten horns and seven heads, with ten crowns on its horns, and on each head a blasphemous name. 2 The beast I saw resembled a leopard, but had feet like those of a bear and a mouth like that of a lion. The dragon gave the beast his power and his throne and great authority. 3 One of the heads of the beast seemed to have had a fatal wound, but the fatal wound had been healed.

I would say that the reference is to Jesus having inflicted a mortal wound to Satan (fulfilling the prophecy of Genesis 3:15) through His resurrection, but that wound has "healed" in the sense that the forces of evil are still active in the world up to this day, and will remain active until they are destroyed at the close of the present age. Until that time, their continued activity causes the unsaved world to "wonder" at this fact in the sense of doubt about Christ or rejection of Him on the grounds of, or as evidenced by, the evil that continues to still exist.
Whatever “his deadly wound” that “was healed” was, seemingly the villainous devil will miraculously restore Antichrist to life in imitation of the resurrection of Jesus. No wonder the world will acclaim Antichrist! Rev. 13:3 though slaughtered to death The beast’s wound is a parody [imitation] of the Lamb’s wound in Rev 5:6. The devil's goal is be to a counterfeit Christ.
