When you feel grumbling rising, speak Ephesians 1:3-14 aloud. Remind yourself: “I am blessed, chosen, adopted, redeemed, forgiven, and sealed. My God is sovereign, gracious, and powerful.” That truth reshapes your heart from murmuring to worship.

I saw the movie, "The Overcomer," with Hannah the long distance runner telling a group of others of her new identity in Christ. It was terrific! She'd been changed by the powerful Christ!
