No, Jesus and Satan are not brothers. Jesus is God, and Satan is one of His creations. Not only are Jesus and Satan not brothers, they are as different as night is from day. Jesus is God incarnate-...

Calling Jesus a brother of Satan is like calling a man a brother to the commode (shiny, sometimes artistic, very useful, etc.) which the man himself created for a distinct purpose.

God revealed this of Lucifer turned Satan, “You were the anointed cherub who covers; I established you;...You were perfect in your ways from the day you were created, till iniquity was found in you. (Ezekiel 28:14-15). John clearly says of Jesus, "All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made." (John 1:3) It is therefore clearly an insult to put a created being on the same level with its creator.

In terms of power and might, Satan is not even in the same league with Jesus. God the Father raised Jesus from the dead "and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places, FAR ABOVE all principality, and power, and might [including Satan], and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come (Ephesians 1:20-21).

Even when God took on the form of a man and lived here on earth, Satan was no match for him because in His resurrection, Jesus "spoiled principalities and powers [including Satan], he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it." (Colossians 2:15). Before his death Jesus declared that to him belongs all power in heaven and earth (Matthew 28:18). As the resurrected and glorified Christ, Jesus again declared, ” I am he that liveth, and was dead...and have the keys of hell and of death. (Revelation 1:18)

The wonderful news is that calling Jesus a brother of Satan is not the unpardonable sin - "Anyone who speaks against the Son of Man can be forgiven" Matthew 12:32. All those who did just need to fall on their knees before Jesus, the King of kings, and Lord of lords and ask for mercy and forgiveness. Thankfully, his blood is not like the blood of Abel which called for vengeance but will wash "the foulest sinner clean." What a savior!

This is a fantastic notion that must be completely rejected.

However, was Satan a son of God before he fell (under the name Satan-el or a variant)? Job 1:6 shows Satan appearing before the Lord at the same time the true sons of God also appeared. If all the sons of God are like brothers, then some may illegitimately stretch this to say Christ and Satan are brothers, since they could have been before Satan fell.

But whatever brotherhood Satan may have had in the far distant past, he has rejected, does not possess now, and will never possess again in the future. He has permanently left his first estate and his ultimate future is in the Lake of Fire (Rev 20:10).
