Try the spirits to know if they are of God. 1 John 4:1-3 This has been the greatest test anyone can use concerning some one's true spirituality. Any spirit that confesses not that Jesus Christ came in the flesh and was raised from the dead. The spirit of the living God is not in them. This is always the difference between the true and the false posing as the truth. There are not many ways to God the Father. There is only one way, to the truth, the life, the way the door and the bridge to heaven. John 14:6 That is Jesus Christ crucified and raised from the dead. It is only the trust in His blood atonement for our sins. We shall enter into the kingdom of the living God. By grace are we saved not by our works. Lest we might boast or trust in our good deeds. Eph. 2:8 Jesus said their would be many deceivers in the last days. Mathew 7:15 The (new age movement) is just another form of witchcraft. Rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft. 1 Samuel 15:23 Lying and deceiving spirits are embedded in the new age movement. Just to add to the short list are the Jehovah Witnesses and here in Ohio the Way which incorporates many scriptural references to back up their beliefs but denying some or all of the finished works of Christ Jesus our Lord. It is tantamount in these cults. 1 John 2:22 My people are destroyed by a lack of knowledge. Hosea 4:6 Search the scriptures day and night study to show thyself approved of the Lord. God's word warns us to study Him in the scriptures to get understanding. This is how you keep from the deceitfulness of wolves in sheep's clothing. These false deities and religions are after total control of America, you and your money. True Christianity is after self willed surrender of all your fleshly desires that produce sin in your life. Your giving of money to support any good cause is alway voluntary. Obedience is never demanded only willfully surrendered. The result is an abundant life free from all fear. You change from the inside out by washing or immersing yourself in God's word and fellowshipping with God's true people in your home and local church. Sanctify them by thy truth thy word is truth. John17:17 Only God's word sanctifies and changes us. God's word is Jesus Christ. John 1:1-12 is the proof. It explains the deity of Christ. Read it and believe. Thank You and God Bless America!

What is the New Age movement? The New Age world has always felt like a big room full of interesting objects — things you can pick up, turn over in your hands, and see what they mean to you. People drifted toward it because the older systems felt too rigid or too thin, and they wanted something that spoke to the quieter parts of their lives. So they gathered ideas from everywhere: meditation, star signs, crystals, past lives, energy work. None of it demanded commitment, just curiosity. But when you hold all of that up beside the truth of the gospel, the contrast becomes sharp. The New Age path wanders; it invites you to try a little of everything. The Christian path does not wander — it leads straight to a person. There is one way to God, and it runs through Jesus alone. Once you know that, the rest of those side‑paths lose their shine. They might look harmless or even comforting, but they do not take you anywhere that matters. A lot of New Age ideas have slipped quietly into everyday life — people talk about good energy, check horoscopes, or use little rituals to feel grounded. It has become a kind of background language for anyone searching for meaning without wanting a Lord to follow. But that's the thing: it is all built around self‑exploration, not surrender. It is a do‑it‑yourself spirituality, and it keeps the centre on you. Faith in Christ is different. It is not a mix‑and‑match set of tools. It is not about tuning your energy or finding your personal truth. It is about stepping onto the one path that actually leads somewhere — the path marked by grace, anchored in a real Saviour, and open to anyone who chooses Him. Once you see that, the urge to explore other spiritual corners fades. Summarising the whole question The New Age world can look inviting, almost like a spiritual playground where nothing is required and everything can be sampled. People drift toward it because it promises meaning without commitment — a little meditation, some astrology, crystals, talk of energy — all arranged around the idea that you can build your own truth from whatever feels right. But everything changes once you realise the way to God isn't scattered across different practices or philosophies. It rests in one person. When you understand that Jesus is the only path that actually leads to God, the wandering stops. The other routes may feel interesting or soothing, but they do not lead anywhere lasting. New Age ideas offer connection without surrender and insight without obedience. Faith in Christ asks for trust and relationship, and in return gives what the other paths cannot — a real way home.
