There are multiple such prophecies in the Old Testament, but the one that always comes first to my mind is Isaiah 9:6-7, which speaks of a child being born who would be called by names or titles that could not apply to anyone other than God Incarnate. Prophecy (Micah 5:2) is also equally and unmistakably specific about the place of His birth (that is, Bethlehem). This was the prophecy that was quoted to Herod the Great when he was visited by the Magi after Jesus' birth, causing Herod to inquire of his religious authorities as to where the Messiah would be born (Matthew 2:1-18).
