You say yin-yang means good and bad. This is not their view. It means dark and light, hot and cold, left and right as nature shows but does not address as you rightly put the sinful nature.
Taoism is a Chinese philosophy established in the 16th century. It differs from a religion in that it doesn't hold fast to a definitive god. But it does promote piety in the human spirit. It was established by Lao-tzu.
