Remember in chapter 4 of Exodus, that even after Moses had encountered the "Burning Bush," he was still hesitant to speak for God. God had fashioned Moses’ mouth. Moses did not know God already planned to send Aaron to be a prophet to Moses. Moses was God's prophet, Aaron would be Moses' mouthpiece. We must also know that God, the Lord's sovereignty, is always paramount! God can and will do as He pleases. Exodus 33:19: "...I will make all my goodness pass before you, and I will proclaim the name of the Lord before you. I will be gracious to whom I will be gracious, and I will have compassion on whom I will have compassion."
