12. Palestinian (Lev 26, Dt 11:8-32, 27:1-30:2) This covenant was made with Israel through Moses and was conditioned upon the obedience of the nation. There were 7 parts 1. Dispersion for disobedience (Dt 30:1, 28:63-68) 2. Repentance while in dispersion (Dt 30:2, Zech 12:10-14) 3. The return of the Lord (Dt 30:3, Zech 14, Acts 15:14-17) 4. Restoration in the land (Dt 30:5, Isa 11:1-12, Ezek 37, Matt 24:31) 5. National conversion (Dt 30:6, Isa 66, Zech 12:10-13, Rom 11:26) 6. Judgment of Israel’s oppressors (Dt30:7, Zech 14, Matt 25:31-46) 7. National prosperity (Dt 30:9-10, Rom 11)
God gave that land to Israel. God created the heavens and the earth. It is all His land. But God gave that land to Israel. That still stands even though Israel as a nation rejected Jesus as their Messiah, the land is still theirs. And the nation that blesses Israel will be blessed, and the nation that curses Israel will be cursed. Many Jews have become believers and are a part of the new dispensation of grace. Ephesians 2:8-9. Romans 4:5 and Romans 11:6. Out of the unbelieving nation of Israel 144,000 will be saved during the tribulation which is also called the time of Jacobs trouble. Revelation 7. And so many Gentiles from all nations that no man can number. The church, we who are saved by faith alone apart from works under grace will be raptured out before the tribulation. First Corinthians 15:51-53 and First Thessalonians 4:13-18. God will complete His covenant with Israel during the 1,000 year reign of Christ on the earth. They will be the only ones left in their physical bodies on earth who can procreate and replenish the earth after the tribulation. The land is the Abraham covenant. God made the promise to Abraham and his seed. The nation of Israel.
