The curse of death and sin entered the world through Adam. The curse will be forever lifted through Jesus Christ in 'The End': Romans 5:12-19 KJV "Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned: 13 (For until the law sin was in the world: but sin is not imputed when there is no law. 14 Nevertheless death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over them that had not sinned after the similitude of Adam's transgression, who is the figure of him that was to come. 15 But not as the offence, so also is the free gift. For if through the offence of one many be dead, much more the grace of God, and the gift by grace, which is by one man, Jesus Christ, hath abounded unto many. 16 And not as it was by one that sinned, so is the gift: for the judgment was by one to condemnation, but the free gift is of many offences unto justification. 17 For if by one man's offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.) 18 Therefore as by the offence of one judgment came upon all men to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one the free gift came upon all men unto justification of life. 19 For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous."
The curse Revelation 22:3 refers to is found in Genesis 3:15-19. God warned Adam and Eve that they would surely die if they ate from the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil. When they ate the forbidden fruit in the garden, God pronounced a judgment against them which is considered to be the curse. The curse included the whole earth and all creation and will be lifted by God in Revelation 21. See https://www.gotquestions.org/all-creation-groans.html "Because of the fall of man, every part of God’s creation was subjected to a curse (Romans 8:20). Under that curse, all creation groans: the ground was cursed for Adam’s sake, thorns and thistles and noxious weeds began to grow, all of Eve’s daughters have labored painfully in childbirth, and death entered the world (Genesis 3:14–19)."
The removal of the curse on creation is referred to in Romans 8:20-21. See also Matthew 19:28; Acts 3:21; Revelation 21:1,5; and Revelation 22:3. See BibleHub for more on this. In Revelation 22:3, the "curse" that comes to an end refers to the consequences of sin and the negative effects of evil that have plagued humanity throughout history. Is there any other hope that is greater than this? Doesn't the following sound like a restoration of the Garden of Eden? "The angel showed me a river of the water of life, as clear as crystal, flowing from the throne of God and of the Lamb down the middle of the main street of the city. On either side of the river stood a tree of life, bearing twelve kinds of fruit and yielding a fresh crop for each month. And the leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations. "No longer will there be any curse. The throne of God and of the Lamb will be within the city, and His servants will worship Him. They will see His face, and His name will be on their foreheads. There will be no more night in the city, and they will have no need for the light of a lamp or of the sun. For the Lord God will shine on them, and they will reign forever and ever." (Revelation 22:1-5)
