Does Revelation 13: 1-18 refer to the current technological age of AI and robotics?
Revelation 13:1 - 18
ESV - 1 And I saw a beast rising out of the sea, with ten horns and seven heads, with ten diadems on its horns and blasphemous names on its heads. 2 And the beast that I saw was like a leopard; its feet were like a bear's, and its mouth was like a lion's mouth. And to it the dragon gave his power and his throne and great authority.

The Bible never expresses or implies AI or makes any reference to electronics of any kind. The image made to talk could be a supernatural manifestation, so still not a clear reference to AI or robotics.
The Bible is absolutely awesome for every age. So many versions, languages, revisions, updates on this single book! God really wants everyone to hear and see and meditate on His words. Just like the word "trinity" isn't in the Bible, the ancient book doesn't contain the word "robots" or "AI," but... God says, "Today, if you will hear His voice, do not harden your hearts, as in the rebellion." Remember the incident, with the spies before entering the promise in Numbers chapter 13? God speaks to all who are open to His Spirit and hear Him. He is speaking today. If we see what He has written in His words and if we listen, we understand. We live in an unbelieving and ungrateful world. When the people refused to believe God and sent out spies, an eleven day journey took forty years! There is nothing God hates more than unbelief. Romans 1:25: "...who exchanged the truth of God for a lie, and worshiped and served the creature (notice that creature) rather than the Creator who is blessed forever, AMEN." THE big lie of today, is that technology says we can live forever. God says, in Hebrews 9:27, "It is appointed for men to die once, and after that the judgment." Why? Because we are all sinners. Technology is a wonderful gift from God to be used by people to help live better lives for the glory of God. People were created by God and He declared His creation Good. But then the fall of Adam and Eve came... Many, many idols have come and gone, and are still around today. 1 John 2:15,16: "Do not be in love with the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world - the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life is not of the Father but is of the world." Jeremiah chapter 10 talks about idols and the true God. Exodus chapter 20 says, "You shall have no other gods before Me." Jeremiah 10:8: "But they are altogether dull hearted and foolish." 1 Samuel 17:7 reminds us that God looks at the heart! Jeremiah 10:10: "But the Lord is the true God. He is the Living God and the Everlasting King..." The whole chapter of Ecclesiastes 3 speaks about times, eternity and who put eternity into man's heart! God desires us to live eternally with Him! We are to live for Him, walk with Him love and believe Him. Remember the tower of Babel, when man wanted to be God? Why was Satan tossed bout of heaven? Why is he tormenting believers today? Human knowledge is not wisdom! Romans 1:22,23: "Professing to be wise, they become fools, and changed the glory of the incorruptible God into an image made like corruptible man." Proverbs 15:14: "The heart of him who has understanding seeks knowledge. (From God's words). But the mouth of fools feeds on foolishness." Wisdom is God. Deuteronomy 4:1-8. Psalm 111:10: "The fear of the Lord is an appropriate response of wonder and awe before the Most High God." He is the I Am. There is no other. He has made what will be. Now this day we stand on His words. Each one has a choice to believe or not. God has told us everything we need to know. 1 Timothy 1:17: "Now to the King eternal, immortal, invisible, to God who alone is wise, be honor and glory forever and ever. Amen." 2 Thessalonians 2:9,10: "The coming of the lawless one is according to the working of Satan, with all power, signs, and lying wonders, and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth that they might be saved." Pray that the delusion might become inclusion for all.
