I used to believe that there were no grounds for divorce given in the Bible. And of course, it is abominable in God's eyes. My parents divorced when I was an older teenager, and I know the bad effects,
But now I believe if there was infidelity or rather, adultery involved, it could be OK. See your cited verse and similar verses in the New Testament, especially in the Gospels. Forgiveness, though, should be the first order of the day. It depends, too, in my opinion, if the woman was the one who committed the adultery.
