Is he a Christian? The Bible clearly teaches holiness for believers, and looking lustfully at someone not your spouse is adultery (Mat. 5:28). If he's not a Christian, it's unknown whether the civil courts would consider that cheating. Either way, there's a serious breach of trust.
Dear Anonymous, I would like to ask if you have confronted your husband concerning his behavior? If both of you are Christians and under a pastor, then I would suggest that you set up some time to talk about this issue. It is evident that your husband is bound by a spirit of lust and perversion, and this is something that needs to be exposed in order for him to be delivered! I would say that you should talk to him about it first to see if he is ready to get the help that he needs. If not, then I would say ask God what you should do! Continue to show love and not condemnation towards him, and pray for his deliverance, because Satan has a foothold in his life.
