Is your friend a believer? If they are not a believer, there is not much you can do about it, other than to share the gospel of God's grace with them. If they are a believer, I would not be at all concerned. Romans 14:4-6 "Who art thou that judgest another man's servant? To his own master he standeth or falleth. Yea, he shall be holden up: for God is able to make him stand. 5 One man esteemeth one day above another: another esteemeth every day alike. Let every man be fully persuaded in his own mind. 6 He that regardeth the day, regardeth it unto the Lord; and he that regardeth not the day, to the Lord he doth not regard it. He that eateth, eateth to the Lord, for he giveth God thanks; and he that eateth not, to the Lord he eateth not, and giveth God thanks." We all walk at different levels in faith.
Psalm 150:1: Praise ye the Lord. Praise God in his sanctuary: praise him in the firmament of his power. Every child of God who praises the Lord in his spiritually given presence of the firmament in his spiritual life is in “His Sanctuary.” Having the gift of God the Father the Son and the Holy Spirit within you, your spirit dwells in the high and holy place with Him in His Sanctuary. (Isa 57:15) Every child who praises the Lord has a gift of discernment, being led by the Spirit of God to every word spoken through them. The Comforter, the “Holy Ghost” sent by the Father through our Lord Jesus, will lead you and give you the right discernment to “Reveal His Word” to whoever stands beside you and goes silent when you praise God. (John 14:20,23,26) Having the Comforter in His designated Sanctuary in your spiritual life will lead you not with wisdom of words which man’s wisdom teaches, to look for a sign, but which the Holy Ghost teaches, comparing spiritual things with spiritual when you praise God the Father. (1 Cor 1:17-18,22/2:13) For the wisdom of the wise shall be destroyed and will bring the understanding of the prudent to nothing. Those who stand and go silent though they draw near to the Lord with their mouth and with their lips to honor Him, but have removed their heart far from Him, for their fear has been taught by the precept of men to be silent. (Isa 29:13) Every child of God the Father who was bought with a price shall glorify God in their body and in their spirit, which belongs to God. (1 Cor 6:20) When we live in the Spirit, we need to walk in the Spirit and not be desirous of vain glory, provoking one another who stands before us. (Gal 5:25-26) Let not a word be spoken for vain glory, but in lowliness of mind, let each esteem “other better than themselves.” Let every word that you speak be in “lowliness of mind,” to the ones who stand beside you, look not for your own things but for the things of others. This was the mind of Christ our Lord Jesus, who, being in the form of God, took the form of a Servant and did not want to be equal to God, to those that stood before Him. (Phil 2:3-6) 1 Corinthians 6:19: What? Know you not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which you have of God, and ye are not your own?
