What does it mean to live a holy life?
Colossians 3:1 - 17
ESV - 1 If then you have been raised with Christ, seek the things that are above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God. 2 Set your minds on things that are above, not on things that are on earth.

Although "holy" is often regarded as a synonym for "sinless" (and thus an impossibility in this life), it can also mean something that is consecrated, or "set apart". In that respect, believers are to live in a manner that does not conform to the practices of sinful humanity, and that thus causes others to note that they are "different" in a positive sense, and want to be like them. The main manner in which this can be done is exhibiting love toward God and others in our words and deeds, which Jesus called the greatest commandments in the Law (Matthew 22:34-40; Mark 12:28-34; Luke 10:25-37).
