I would say that only the questioner can speak as to what he saw with his eyes, or what he felt in his heart. If the questioner believes that the circumstances of the club caused him to look at one or more women with purely lustful intent, then he should confess that to God and seek His forgiveness. On the other hand, if (as the questioner seems to imply) he acted only on an explanation of the club's procedures, upon which he sought to remove himself from that setting, lust would not enter into consideration. However, in either case, I would say that the individual would not have committed a sin that is outside the realm of God's mercy. (The questioner's experience can also serve as a cautionary tale to be fully informed about an environment or location before exposing oneself to it, or considering such exposure.)
