If Jesus knew His 7th day Sabbath, God's 4th Commandment, would be nailed to the cross and no longer be in effect after His resurrection, why did He instruct His followers to pray they would not have to flee on the Sabbath after his resurrection?

After His death, Jesus was already resurrected He warned his followers, Matthew 24:20, "But pray ye that your flight be not on the Sabbath Day. Does this mean that "The Lord's Day," God's 4th commandment, was and is in effect now, today? God's 10 commandments were not and are not nailed to the cross?

Matthew 24:20

NKJV - 20 And pray that your flight may not be in winter or on the Sabbath.
