After His death, Jesus was already resurrected He warned his followers, Matthew 24:20, "But pray ye that your flight be not on the Sabbath Day. Does this mean that "The Lord's Day," God's 4th commandment, was and is in effect now, today? God's 10 commandments were not and are not nailed to the cross?
Matthew 24:20
NKJV - 20 And pray that your flight may not be in winter or on the Sabbath.

The law was fulfilled by Christ, not done away with. The law was given to show us what sin is. The word says not one dot, nor one tittle will be done away with, till it's all fulfilled.
The 7th day Sabbath (weekly Sabbath) was established before sin. Everthing that God created in that 1st week is still relevant and current today. After man sinned, God gave him 7 sabbaths (called feast days), to teach him about the plan of salvation and point him to the Saviour who would fulfil these sabbath days. They were a shadow of things to come (Colossians 2:16,17). These were also known as the ceremonial laws (Lev. 23:1-44). Note that there are 8 sabbaths identified here. God identified the weekly Sabbath 1st, then went on to name and describe the other 7 and how they should be kept. These were the only sabbaths given to Israel. The 7th day Sabbath was from creation.
These shadows were what were nailed to the cross. It was in these ceremonies that they offered meat, drink offerings, etc. But Christ fulfilled them. Hence, the 7th day Sabbath is still binding. It was made for man (man still exists today and will exist throughout eternity), and that is why Isaiah 66:22,23 states the keeping of the Sabbath even when God creates a new heaven and a new Earth.
