I would say that Jesus did not lose His divine attributes, but voluntarily limited or veiled them in order to truly and fully experience human existence. For example, the Bible indicates occasions when he was hungry (Matthew 4:2), tired (Matthew 8:24; Mark 4:38; Luke 8:23), and physically in only one place at any given time.

He also did not override human free will by demanding the worship and obedience to which He was entitled as God.

Most important for human salvation, He voluntarily allowed His subjection to His undeserved suffering and death on humanity's behalf.

Paul summarizes this by saying that Jesus "made Himself nothing by taking the very nature of a servant." (Philippians 2:7)

This is a direct quote from the Christian Standard Bible:

Philippians 2:5-7 footnote:
"What does it mean that Jesus emptied himself by assuming the form of a servant (2.7)? He didn't empty himself of deity; he didn't stop being God. Rather, he poured the fullness of deity into his humanity. He took on human flesh and became a servant. He didn't let his deity stop him from expressing humanity. The incarnation resulted in Jesus being fully God and fully man. In theology this is known as hypo static union. ---- two natures in one person in mixed forever.

"Serving was never a threat to Jesus because he never lost sight of who he was. He knew his position with the Father. Similarly, when you know who you are --- a son or a daughter of God --- rendering service won't be a problem. It's when you don't know who you are that serving becomes a problem. When you are unsure of your identity, you'll fear that serving is beneath you, that you'll somehow be taken advantage of if you serve."

I personally believe that Jesus, our creator, also gained insight into the human condition by becoming a physical person/body. In that way, it gave him knowledge of physical pain, say a cut, or an illness, anxiety, tiredness, a headache, etc.

God, the Father sent His Son, Jesus, to his world for 5 reasons:

To fulfill the requirements of the blood covenant He established at Mount Horeb with Moses and the Israelites. Deuteronomy 29

To be the required living sacrifice, having no sin: the unblemished lamb, that would once in for all absolve the sin of all those who take faith in His great sacrifice AND the grace given to us from the Father in order to help us walk out our salvation daily through prayer, meditating on the Word, and fellowship with other believers. Genesis 22:8, Hebrews 12:18

In order to reconcile the world to himself because of separation that sin causes, to breach the gulf between God and man. 2 Corth 5:18-19

To establish a new blood covenant, not only with the Israelites, but with all of humanity. A covenant, not based on the blood sacrifices of animals and fulfilling the requirements of the laws established by the first covenant. This new covenant is based on the blood sacrifice of Jesus Christ, as he was crucified on the cross, for all our sins committed personally and corporately. This new covenant is based solely on what He did for us believers at the great exchange and NOT based on our own efforts, works or righteousness. There is nothing we can do to earn the Father's favor because we already have it through our FAITH in Christ's death & resurrection for each of us and the Father's wonderful grace freely given to all true believers. (Letter to Hebrews)

His death, burial, and resurrection is living proof that God So Loved The World that He was willing to impart Himself into a human being to live among us and to show humanity what God would be like as a living man (John 3:16). The four gospels detail and exemplify the life and ministry of Jesus Christ.

To establish Christ's church here on Earth. A ministry outreach that is supposed to evangelize, teach, pastor, perform miracles, and pray for the lost and to help a lost world to partake in this blood covenant through personal faith as a growing body of believers under Christ, who is the head of the church. Matt 16:18 & Ephesians 4:11
