Jeremiah 32:17 says, "Oh, Lord God, you did indeed make heaven and earth by your mighty power and great strength. Nothing is too hard for you!"
Romans 1:20 says, "For since the creation of the world his invisible attributes -- his eternal power and divine nature -- have been clearly seen, because they are understood through what has been made. So people are without excuse."
The Old Testament statement about God's power is an exclamation; the New Testament statement is a declaration.
Jer. 32:17 is repeated almost exactly in Jer. 32:27.
“I am the Lord, the God of all humankind. There is, indeed, nothing too difficult for me." ("Behold," in the KJV changes to "indeed" in the NET, I believe). God did indeed make heaven and earth, and there is, indeed, nothing too difficult for him.
