During the Millennial reign of the Messiah, there will be no sin in the earth. Prior to this time, Revelation 20:1-3, speaks about the serpent of old, who is the Devil and Satan, who will be bound for a thousand years, and will not be able to deceive the nations. The Millennial reign of Christ will be a time of peace and righteousness upon the earth.
