In Colossians chapter one, it is revealed to us that Jesus Christ is preeminent in all things. He is the Creator of all things that are seen and unseen. He is the first to be raised from the dead, and is seated on the right hand of majesty. He is the firstborn of many brethren, according to the scriptures. He is the head of the church, which is his body. He is the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end. The first and the last.
