Sadly some define fairness as treating everyone the same, how does that work for hysterectomy? I will never need one!
Some imagine it is about what people deserve. How does that work? Christians use NEED as their guidance. There is no point in trying to help someone who does not NEED help.
Fairness is as useless a concept as equality, as each of us is Unique, Different, Normal and Perfect at being who we are so what is the point in treating two unique people in the same way?
I am ME, I will never be anyone else, if I love me for being me and love my neighbors for being who they are then I am doing as Jesus suggested!

God is fair. First John 2:2 For he is the propitiation for our sins, and not for ours only, but for the sins of the whole world
Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death, but the GIFT of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our lord.
God made the way of salvation so simple that it is our fault if we do not believe it and receive the free gift of eternal life.
John 6:47 Jesus said it, we believe it, and that settles it. God can not lie. The GIFT of God is eternal life. Paid in full by the giver.
You believe on Jesus, and He gives you eternal life. So simple even a 4 year old can believe Jesus loves them and gives them the free gift of eternal life. John 3:16.
First John 2:2 First Timothy 2:4. It is Gods will that everyone accept His free gift of eternal life. John 6:40 and John 6:29.
Romans 4:5-8. Ephesians 1:13-14. Our guarantee of eternal life.
Hebrews 13:5 He will never leave us or forsake us. Our sin debt is paid in full and we can no longer be condemned, John 3:18.
The GIFT of God is eternal life. All we have to do is believe it to receive the free gift.
Romans 3:26-28 For He is the just and the justifier of them that BELIEVE in Jesus. Where is boasting then? You can not boast in a free gift. It is excluded. BY what law? By the law of works? Nay, but by the law of FAITH. Therefore we conclude a man is justified by FAITH apart from the deeds of the law.
Since Jesus died for the sins of the whole world, First John 2:2, it is our fault if we do not accept His free gift of eternal Life. God made the way of salvation so simple. Acts 16:31
If you have not believed and accepted the free gift of eternal life, it is your fault, NOT GODS.
John 3:16-18 For God so loved you, that HE gave His only begotten Son, Jesus, That WHOSOEVER. you, believeth on Him, should not perish but HAVE EVERLASTING LIFE. How long does everlasting life last? Forever. Because it is eternal life not temporary life, or probationary life, but eternal life. Jesus only gives eternal life. John 10:28-29
So if you do not believe what HE said, John 6:47, God has to send unbelievers to hell. John 3:18.He made a way for you to go to heaven. But it is your fault that you will be in hell because you did not believe it. Romans 8:9 Without the Spirit of God there is no salvation. With the Spirit we have eternal life. Ephesians 1:13-14. Ephesians 4:30.
Even if we never believe it again. Second Timothy 2:13.
God knows His Sheep. Second Timothy 2:19 Nevertheless, the foundation of God is sure, having this seal, Ephesians 1:13, the Lord knoweth them that are His. John 3:36 Believers have eternal life, unbelievers are under the wrath of God because they have not believed on the name of the Son of God.
You either have eternal life because you have believed or you do not have eternal life because you have not believed.
