I am no expert but in Genesis 18 God and two angels took human form and ate beef with Abraham. When God is in his human form he is Jesus. In Luke 15:23 and 30 Jesus is telling his story of the prodigal son. When he came home a feast of beef was prepared for him. Jesus therefore believes eating beef is ok. And of course, Jesus story of the wedding feast has meat in Matthew 22:4. And 1 Timothy 4:3 says you do not have to obey people who say it is wrong to eat meat.
