Jerusalem. If a city or nation as a whole is spiritually in the dark, God will begin to purge it, just as he does individuals he has chosen for himself. Remember a city without a body of people populating within it is just a body of land & water. Any city or town where there are people living and mass sin, corruption of all kinds, especially when there is darkness within the church then God will allow transformation to take place and this process is not without its pain and trials. Where there is peace so to you will find God, everything about God is good.

No, not really. If you are looking to support dominionism then you won't be able to. God wants us to repent and believe, then we are to share the gospel with everyone. We don't do it to change a city, a country, or the world. We do it as obedient worship to our God. If He chooses in His good pleasure to change a person's heart then we praise Him. If a city full of people become saved then we praise Him. Don't think of trying to change a city because you don't even change the individual, God does.
