God told Adam and his wife they could eat every seed bearing plant and the fruit of trees that had seeds. When did man start eating meat?
Genesis 1:29
ESV -
29 And God said, "Behold, I have given you every plant yielding seed that is on the face of all the earth, and every tree with seed in its fruit. You shall have them for food.

God allowed mankind to start eating meat after the Noah's flood
Genesis 9:2-3 "... they are given into your hands. Everything that lives and moves about will be food for you. Just as I gave you the green plants, I now give you everything."
