Maybe some of them have a good intention when they upload their Christian movies or videos, for ministering purposes, but as Christians, not trying to be legalistic, I believe we need to be careful if that's going be a right thing in God's eyes. As His people we do want to be pure without blemish and be filled with the Holy Spirit to be awaken. Whether that can actually be somewhat an enemy's trap for believers to make a false justifications to make a compromises to our beliefs. Although, in case due to not knowing much of the actual laws, I don't know if there's some exception. For instance I know I do use some music for my video upload, but because I own the cd, I am allowed to use their music. I would like to know if this is legal or not, and how others view this situation.

Is it legal to watch? Yes. It is ethical to watch? This is subjective, depends on your community. YouTube can not determine copyright ownership and is not able to mediate rights ownership disputes. When they receive a complete takedown notice, they will remove the content as the law requires. If you have used some music for your video upload, I am pretty sure you are violating copyright laws. The artists and/or producers might ask you to take it down, sooner or later, the decision depends on them.
