No, you are free to do anything you want. If you love God more than man, if you are wanting to see where the seal of the Ten Commandments is contained (Name: Lord thy God: Title: Creator Domain: Heavens and Earth) If you lived on that desert island so many use to excuse not knowing, ignorance and how God would treat you and you found The Ten Commandments, you would have no clue who wrote them, His claim, His domain (All three) without the 4th commandment. So keep it if you know the truth that any commandment kept to be saved is legalism, any commandment out of love, following the example of God and Jesus, then keep it, keep it Holy, the Seventh Day.

Yes, out of all the commandments GOD tells us to remember the sabbath day and to keep it holy because he knew that it will come to people being mislead on the sabbath day . (Exodus 20:8 )remember the sabbath day
(Deuteronomy 5:12) keep the sabbath day to sanctify it as the LORD thy GOD has commanded thee.
Sabbath was made for us not for us to pick and choose (mark 2:27) are we gonna keep it or not .

No, No, No, we don't have to do anything but rest in Jesus in everything we do! It is finished in Him and He is in us! You IS Christ? To live IS Christ; to die is gain (See Philippians: 1:21) That being said, all we are called to do is Love the Lord thy God with all our Heart, Soul, Mind and Strength (The word Strength here in the greek means what God has given us in tangible earthly wealth, housing, cars, etc i,e. never Love anything more than God Himself, Father God Almighty, Yeshua Ha Meshiach (Jesus the Messiah), and the Holy Spirit of God, which dwells within us because of what Jesus has finished, completed, accomplished in its entirety!... Now that being said, anything commanded by God is only good for us because he knows how we are built better than we kow ourselves; therefore count any command He gives us as a blessing to follow when we can, desire, or is convenient! Hallaluyah! praise Him for not requireing us to do anything but rather to Rest in His accomplishmennts, (See Hebrews Chap 4) I hope that you will Love Him more and more as you grasp what He has already completed for us!...

My answer to your question about keeping the Sabbath is, It depends. Let me explain.
First, the Sabbath was given to Israel, not to the Gentiles.
The Mosaic Covenant which contains the command to keep the Sabbath was given to the nation of Israel to make them a sacred nation among all the nations of the earth (Exodus 19:5-6). The Sabbath was given as a distinctive sign between God and the sons of Israel forever (Exodus 31:17). Even during the Old Testament days, Gentiles outside of Israel were not expected to keep the Sabbath. However, even the Gentiles living in Israel were expected to keep the Sabbath (Deuteronomy 5:14, "Your sojourner who is in your gates.") There were other commands that God gave the Israelites which did not apply to the Gentiles. For example, certain kosher food laws which were binding on the Israelites were not required of the Gentiles living in Israel (Deuteronomy 14:23). This distinction between the obligations of the Jews and the Gentiles continued in the New Testament (Acts 15).
Second, New Testament Jewish believers continued to observe the Sabbath.
In Acts 21:20-24 the Jerusalem church leaders made it clear that all the Jewish believers there were "zealous for the Law" and that Paul the Apostle also kept the Law. Paul went along with a plan that would prove to others that he kept the Law. Some argue that Paul was sinning when he did that. However, the next night the Lord commended what Paul had done and said that Paul had been a faithful witness of Christ during his brief stay in Jerusalem (Acts 23:11).
So, while Gentile believers outside of Israel are not required to keep the Sabbath (although they may if they like), Jewish believers the world over are still required to keep the Sabbath. After all, God gave it as a sign between Him and them "forever."
So, the question for you is this: Are you descended from Israel? If you are of European or Middle Eastern descent, it is almost certain that your ancestry includes Jews. Using recent genealogical studies (like Geni.com and Ancestry.com) you can find out whether you are descended from the tribes of Israel. And the odds against being of Israel are so tiny that it is absurd to assume that you are not descended from them. (King David is my 98th great grandfather, for example.)

i am not a descendent from israel, but when the Lord included the Gentiles under the covenant and extended his grace and mercy to us (Gentiles) didn't it meant that ALL the requirements that were expected of Jews, the chosen ones were also expected of us. There are scriptures that when a child of God had a servant the servant had to abide by the same laws as their masters. If we are under God's covenant and say we believe in God then aren't we obligated to keep his commandments and all of his statutes, including rest on the Sabbath?

Since we have heard that some persons have gone out from us and troubled you with words, unsettling your minds, although we gave them no instructions, it has seemed good to us, having come to one accord, to choose men and send them to you with our beloved Barnabas and Paul, men who have risked their lives for the sake of our Lord Jesus Christ. We have therefore sent Judas and Silas, who themselves will tell you the same things by word of mouth. For it has seemed good to the Holy Spirit and to us to lay on you no greater burden than these requirements:
that you abstain from what has been sacrificed to idols,
and from blood,
and from what has been strangled,

If you keep yourselves from these, you will do well. Farewell."
