Does Ephesians 5:28 mean that he loves himself or just that he does not dislike himself?

Ephesians 5:28-32 (KJV) 28 So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies. He that loveth his wife loveth himself. Verse 28 a [as their own bodies] The woman is part of the man and one flesh with him (Eph. 5:28-32; Gen. 2:21-25). 29 For no man ever yet hated his own flesh; but nourisheth and cherisheth it, even as the Lord the church: 30 For we are members of his body, of his flesh, and of his bones. Verse 30 [For we are members of his body, of his flesh, and of his bones] See Eph. 4:25; Rom. 12:4-5; 1Cor. 6:15; 12:27. 31 For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall be joined unto his wife, and they two shall be one flesh. Verse 31 [joined unto] Greek: proskollao (GSN-), glue on to; cemented to. Here; Mt. 19:5; Mk. 10:7; Acts 5:36. 32 This is a great mystery: but I speak concerning Christ and the church.
