If you are a Christian, you are forgiven. Christ paid the price for our sins. Sin is more than bad behavior. Sin is what makes us do the bad (sinful) things we do. Sin is our very nature. Theologians refer to it as fallen nature. God knew how bad sin was when Adam and Eve chose to pass it down to the generations after them. Notice that God did not immediately destroy them, but began to protect humans from each other. He knew what the result was. That is why God put in place the plan of Jesus. He paid for all of your sins past and future. The important thing is that you talk to God and become close to him. Yes you've made a mistake and will pay a price for it, who knows what that will look like, but remember that God is with you even though you may suffer somewhat for your failings. The important thing is to keep close to the Lord and the selfishness that causes this type of failing lessens. Find a Christian counselor or pastor or mentor to spend time with rather than friends or social groups that put you in contact with this person or people you have a weakness for. A good friend of mine says that one thing he's learned about spending daily time with God is that he becomes a less willing sinner. God meets you when you commune with him. There is nothing better than time with God for making sinful activity becomes less attractive. God Bless, I'll be praying for you.
If you haven't made Jesus your personal Lord and Savior then I would start with that. if you have, I would repent - that is, choose to go a different direction. Ask for forgiveness then don't do it again. Walk a different way.
