Let me extend the question some more: How do I address my dad if the Bible says call no man Father?

Jesus employs Rabbinic Hyperbole, a form of exaggeration to drive a certain point. If you read Matthew 23, the whole chapter, not just the isolated verse, you will see that Jesus is giving a very strict warning against hypocrisy. By refusing to be called Teacher, or Father, or Instructor, the disciple prevents the exaltation of himself.

Jesus is telling his disciples to practice what they preach.
