Ezekiel 18:4 " Behold, all souls are mine; as the soul of the father, so also the soul of the son is mine: the soul that sinneth, it shall die."

Romans 9:18 " Therefore hath he mercy on whom he will have mercy, and whom he will he hardeneth."

Rom 9:19 "Thou wilt say then unto me, Why doth he yet find fault? For who hath resisted his will?"

Rom 9:20 "Nay but, O man, who art thou that repliest against God? Shall the thing formed say to him that formed it, Why hast thou made me thus?"

Rom 9:21 "Hath not the potter power over the clay, of the same lump to make one vessel unto honour, and another unto dishonour?"

Rom 9:22 "What if God, willing to shew his wrath, and to make his power known, endured with much longsuffering the vessels of wrath fitted to destruction:"

Rom 9:23 "And that he might make known the riches of his glory on the vessels of mercy, which he had afore prepared unto glory,"

The question is: "How was the flood in the time of Noah just?"

Notice: Genesis 6:5-8: And GOD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. And it repented Yahovah that He had made man on the earth, and it grieved Him at His heart. And Yahovah said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth; both man, and beast, and the creeping thing, and the fowls of the air; for it repents me that I have made them. But Noah found grace in the eyes of Yahovah.

Notice: Genesis 6:12-13: And God looked upon the earth, and, behold, it was corrupt; for all flesh had corrupted His way upon the earth. And God said unto Noah, The end of all flesh is come before me; for the earth is filled with violence through them; and, behold, I will destroy them with the earth.

Amazing that God looking down on the face of the earth could only see violence and that all flesh had corrupted His way upon the earth! What a devastating witness of mankind;s rebellion against the Creator, their Creator. So God in His sovereignty decided to destroy all those who breathed the breath of life from off the face of the earth, human beings and all air breathing animals.

Some on what basis could God justify such action. The answer is that he told Adam that if he ate of the tree of good and evil he would die. If that sentence had been carried out immediately upon Adam's rebelling against His God then humanity would have ended at his death. But, God in His loving kindness allowed Adam to live 900+ years before he died and produced with Eve offspring. Actuarial studies have indicated with the longevity before the flood there may have been almost 1 billion people on the face of the earth just before the flood. The ark was the size of a Stanley Steamer an ocean going vessel in the 18th Century. At any rate God decided to end human kind in the flood, which he could have done had He allowed Adam and Eve to die immediately after the ate the forbidden fruit. Now, we see that we who are living close to the end time are here because of one righteous man Noah.

2 Peter 2:5 And spared not the old world, but saved Noah the eighth person, a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood upon the world of the ungodly;

Heb 11:7 By faith Noah, being warned of God of things not seen as yet, moved with fear, prepared an ark to the saving of his house; by the which he condemned the world, and became heir of the righteousness which is by faith.

That is an absolute fact. Another absolute fact is that Jesus said:

Luke 17:26-27: And as it was in the days of Noah, so shall it be also in the days of the Son of man. They did eat, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark, and the flood came, and destroyed them all.

Paul says: 2 Timothy 3:1 THIS KNOW, THAT IN THE LAST DAYS PERILOUS TIMES SHALL COME.

Indeed, we all need to prepare now for what is soon coming upon this world just before the return of the lord Jesus. We know that there was 2,000 years from Adam to Abraham and 2,000 years from Abraham to Jesus and 2000 years to the end, if indeed God has allowed 6,000 for man to prove they are able to rule over themselves in peace. That has not been the history of mankind, just the opposite and at the end there will the same violence and all flesh is now corrupting His way upon the earth. Are we ready for what is soon coming.

We need to draw very close to our God and our Father and the lord Jesus His beloved son to receive more of the power of His spirit to guide us through the terrible times that are soon coming to this world. Realize that our God will always provide a way of protection for those who are His people. Draw close to Him and His precious son now!

In the meantime we are to be a witness and proclaim the message that the God and Father of the lord Jesus gave to him to give to us. The kingdom message!
