Easy, we as people of the earth are physical and we operate in the physical realm. God is Spirit and operates in the spiritual realm. We can get a good look at the nature of God through the Love that Jesus Christ shared with us and offering himself for the payment of the transgressions and disbelief that we have displayed. All that God has ever done was from pure love; we do things for greed, popularity, and a host of other bad reasons. Even if we tell the truth, we say it with intent to embarrass or belittle; even if it is the truth we have done wrong. All of our thoughts and actions should be done out of a position of love for our brothers. Anything else is a sin.
