How does Muhamad the "prophet" of Islam differ from or similate to Jesus of the Christian Faith?

For example, can the "prophet" Muhammad match Jesus of the Christian Faith in; character, spiritual life. Are the two similar in terms of how they have impacted on the world. Because our Muslim brothers claim that the "prophet" Muhammad is the lead of all prophets, Jesus inclusive. How true could that be?

Muhammad wa the "prophet" of Islam who was a wicked and vile man who preformed heinous acts in the name of Islam such as: raiding towns and pillaging the people to finance his cause. He also wrote the Koran. The way we know this wasn't inspired by "Allah" is because it only give the good of muhammud and tells us that he won battles that history tells us he lost. Muhammud is a liar and believes that Muslims should kill all infidels (non-Arabs) and that's how you get eternal life (40 virgins for eternity).

Jesus on the other hand is the Son of God. John 3:16 "God sent his only begotten Son" Jesus is also God himself. 1 John 1:1 in the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God and the Was God. John 1:14. The Word became flesh and dwelt among us.... Jesus taught love and that Christians should go out and tell the word about his birth, perfect life (no sin) and his resurrection. We are not to hate anyone, but to love and show them the truth, but not apologize for the truth.

In this day in age everyone is trying to be politically correct, which I think is completely ridiculous. We Christians need to stand up for the truth and not back down when it comes to sin in our culture. God can and will forgive people, but we must bring them the word of truth in love. We need to stand and say that these things are wrong.
