It seems that sin robs us of peace until we have confessed that sin to God and repented of it. We must do this continually (repeatedly), or else the Enemy of our souls will have gained a foothold in our lives and further bring us to destruction, though if we are Christians, he cannot completely have us.(Luke 21:31-32)

Me too! I think it's because when our spirits are in tune with the Holy Spirit and we do something we KNOW we shouldn't, it grieves the Holy Spirit and thus are "gut" spirit, responds with an uneasy feeling. I get actually physically sick when I hurt someone intentionally, so I repent as the Holy Spirit shows me that once again my mouth got me into trouble. Have a blessed day.
