If God created the universe, did He create the chaos within the universe as well?

Genesis 1:1 - 31

NKJV - 1 In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. 2 The earth was without form, and void; and darkness was on the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters.

Nothing is truly Chaotic especially anything adhering to cause and effect.
Considering the "Laws" and orderly forces within the Universe I would suggest Orderly over Chaotic, Even Quantum mechanics works within its own laws.

Most things that might seem chaotic are following the second law of thermodynamics.

The very opening assertions in Genesis 1: - 31 indicate an ordinal system.

GOD is telling us here that he was present before the universe was created, that HE had a plan for earth before the Big Bang, and the sequence of creation in The Bible is: GOD exists, then: sound, matter, light, life.....just like string theory and the big bang theory postulate.

These details are fascinating, especially if you understand that water is H2O and we measure the universe as it breaks down into hydrogen atoms.

I like the way you put that! I believe the Scriptures teach us that "goat herders" can be preferred by God over seminary scholars, in many instances. The gospel of Jesus Christ is potent with extraordinary truth.

Paul wrote this to a church that had a worldly congregation: For you see your calling, brethren, that not many wise according to the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called. But God has chosen the foolish things of the world to PUT TO SHAME the wise, and God has chosen the weak things of the world to put to shame the things which are mighty; and the base things of the world and the things which are despised God has chosen, and the things which are not, to bring to nothing the things that are, that no flesh should glory in His presence. (1 Corinthians 1:27-29) (the all caps is for emphasis that shaming "wise guys" is of God!! especially when they seek to glorify themselves)

Goat herders! Sounds right to me!

We are witnesses who were born blind, who have received our sight. A Pharisee (know it all) then attacks the one who healed us and we are expected to hide our emotions. Okay.. see John 9

Where was this healed witness of John 9 and all the other recipients of Jesus' gracious love when He was indicted, convicted and crucified? I mean the dead who had been raised to life, and his mother (Luke 7). THOSE PEOPLE! They needed to speak up!! Witness!! Testify!! JMO...
