Revelation 7:1 - 17
NKJV - 1 After these things I saw four angels standing at the four corners of the earth, holding the four winds of the earth, that the wind should not blow on the earth, on the sea, or on any tree. 2 Then I saw another angel ascending from the east, having the seal of the living God. And he cried with a loud voice to the four angels to whom it was granted to harm the earth and the sea.

Thank you very much for your answer and comment. I noticed that Dan was left out, and I noticed Genesis 49:16 says "he will judge his people as one of the tribes of Israel". Ephraim has disappeared as well. From my grandfather's notes, I read that during the course of history the tribes were dispersed, only the two tribes of Judah were left; he thought the number 144,000 was symbolic only, meaning that the whole of Israel will be saved after being regathered together, but I'm still lacking in understanding it.
Question: Will Christians be among the ones sealed?
I think they will be. after reading time and again my grandfather's notes and the book of Revelation, my opinion is that the sealed ones are: 12 tribes: meaning that they will be from the whole of Israel. They will have not been defiled with women and they will be "caught up" in Heaven when The Male Child is caught up. The dragon, Satan, was waiting by the woman Israel, who was about to give birth, in order to devour the Child. Satan is not able to devour the Messiah; that is why I think He symbolizes the sealed ones.
In the book of Kings when Elijah was fleeing from Jezebel, he cried to God that "they killed all the prophets" and he was the only one left. God replied He had kept for himself 7,000 faithful ones who had not bowed down to Baal. Maybe the sealed ones are again faithful ones that God kept for Himself over the time; from all Israel, virgins and who will be caught up and reign with the Messiah in the Millennial Kingdom. But this is just my opinion.
Rev 7:14 They come through persecution, dressed in white linen washed by the lamb's blood (He 2:5-12).
Rev 14:1,3-5 The lamb & his faithful believers standing proud on Mt. Zion. Their sins blotted out, white as snow (dying in the service of God (Rev 12:11), 1st offered to God & the Lamb, 1st redeemed from the human race (see Rev 6:9-11) who will rule with Christ on earth to spread Good News to the ends of earth. Rev 20:1-6 then Satan will be defeated...final judgement.
