This issue is purely cultural, and in the United States and Canada, it is common and considered normal behavior for women to shave armpits and legs. Shaved legs are considered more attractive. In other parts of the world, only prostitutes shave their armpits and legs, but even in those countries, there is the understanding that it is normal for Americans to do so. It is not an issue of sin. In some countries, pants are perfectly acceptable attire for women. Elsewhere it is considered shameful for women to wear "men's clothing" and they should always be in dresses or skirts. It is always wise to check local customs when travelling, and adjust attire appropriately.
Is there any reason a Christian woman should not shave their legs, unless of course they have a skin condition that would be aggravated by doing so? Hairy legs are considered very unattractive in woman, (even Christian women!) in western culture, and there is no virtue in Christians being unattractive to others.
