There is no such thing as the "dispensation of the Millennial Kingdom". At least you won't find such a phrase in the Bible.

Dispensationalism is a theory invented by John Nelson Darby (1800–82) and was taught by the Plymouth Brethren and propagated through the Scofield Reference Bible. It was completely unknown to the Christian church before the 19th century, which is why you can't find it in the Bible.

The idea of dividing up human history into seven dispensations was invented by Darby. It wasn't taught by Paul or any of the apostles, and as far as the founding fathers, Augustine, Luther, Calvin, Wesley etc are concerned, it was completely unknown to them. So the idea of the dispensation of the Millennial kingdom is a rather novel idea

The only epochs in church history that you will find the Bible mentions are the six covenants referred to in the Bible:

Adamic covenant Gen 3:14-19 Rom 5:12-18
Noahic covenant Gen 9:1-17
Abrahamic covenant Genesis 22:15-18
Mosaic covenant Ex 19:5
Davidic covenant 2Sam 7:11-16
New Covenant Jeremiah 31:31-33 Matt 26:28

But these don't correspond to Darby's dispensationalist view. There are only six rather than seven and the epochs don't match either.

So in answer to the question, the notion that there will come a seventh dispensation of the millennial kingdom after the second coming of Christ and end before the release of Satan is not found in the Bible and should be rejected.
Regards
Philip
