I have no idea what Easter Monday is, but I do know that the early Church of the first century, when the majority of it's members were Jews, before the influence of pagan Greek philosophy entered the back door and greatly influenced the teachings of the message of Jesus, remembered the death and resurrection of the lord Jesus at the time of the Passover and days of unleavened bread. You know of course that Jesus is called our Passover lamb and that we are to get the leaven out of our lives - which is get the sin out, which the days of unleavened bread picture. So I don't keep the Roman Catholic Church's time of what they call Easter - Ishtar - with colored eggs and bunnies, both pagan fertility symbols.
