And he shall bring forth thy righteousness as the light, and thy judgment as the noonday.

Psalms 37:6

NKJV - 6 He shall bring forth your righteousness as the light, And your justice as the noonday.

As indicated in the NKJV rendering of the cited verse in the above question, "judgment" is not meant in a punitive sense, but in the sense of a wronged party being made whole. (I personally favor the New International Version's translation of the word as "vindication", as found at https://biblehub.com/psalms/37-6.htm)
