If I am 60, my father lived to 80, my grandfather also lived to 80 was my grandfather born 220 years ago.

If your father had you at 80 and your grand father had your father at 80 then yes your grand father was born 220 years ago, but it would also be dependent on exact age at time of births ie if your dad and grand father were 80 years and 11 months old at time of the births and you are 60 years and 11 months old then your grandfather was born 222 yrs and 9 months ago.

If your grandfather had your father at 25 and your father had you at 25, then your grandfather would be born 110 years ago. It all depends on when they had their kids, + your current age - not when they died. So if you guess a lower limit of about 18 for having kids then your grandfather could have been born anywhere between 96 and ~222 years ago as Jeff got into.
