If no flesh can stand before God and survive, how can Satan (the chief and originator of sin) stand before God?
Job 1:1 - 22
ESV - 1 There was a man in the land of Uz whose name was Job, and that man was blameless and upright, one who feared God and turned away from evil. 2 There were born to him seven sons and three daughters.

I'm not aware that God cannot be in the presence of sin. He has been in the presence of sinful man ever since the fall of Adam. If he could not be in the presence of sin he could not indwell. However, he indwells every truly born again believer. Look at John 17:20-23 as he prayed his intercessory prayer. 20 "Neither pray I for these alone, but for them also which shall believe on me through their word; 21 That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me. 22 And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one: 23 I in them, and thou in me, that they may be made perfect in one; and that the world may know that thou hast sent me, and hast loved them, as thou hast loved me."
Opinion only; It is because Satan is not flesh but spirit. A fallen angel whose creator is God himself. Ezekiel 28:13-14 " You were in Eden, the Garden of God; every precious stone was your covering: The sardius, topaz and diamond, Beryl, onyx, and jasper, Sapphire, turquoise, and emerald with gold. The workmanship of your timbrels and pipes was prepared for you on the day you were created. You were anointed cherub who covers; I established you; you were on the holy mountain of God; you walked back and forth in the midst of fiery stones."
The human standards of sin while in the physical body do not necessarily apply to Satan, a spiritual being. Satan tempts people to sin, but it doesn't mean he has sinned by doing so. He is apparently permitted by God to tempt to test the faith of believers. He can enter into people (Luke 22:3) and in so doing blocks much of their free will. This is possibly why he will be ultimately cast into the lake of fire along with his angels (Matt. 25:41).
God can permit anything He desires, He does not cower from sin, we cower from His Holiness. Even as fallen and forgiven, like all the prophets and Apostles who saw God or the Glorified Jesus, we are holy in His sight because Jesus' righteousness is ours, and He redeemed us from the wrath of God for our sins.
