What does God do with our sins? He has cast all my sins behind his back, removed our transgressions from us as far as the east is from the west, cast all our sins into the depths of the sea, and more! Isaiah 38:17 Behold, for peace I had great bitterness: but thou hast in love to my soul delivered it from the pit of corruption: for thou hast cast all my sins behind thy back. The Bible also says this about God's forgiveness of our sins: (Ps 103:12) As far as the east is from the west, So far hath he removed our transgressions from us. (Mic 7:19)... And thou will cast all of their sins into the depths of the sea. (Isa 44:22) I have blotted out, as a thick cloud, thy transgressions, And, as a cloud thy sins:... (Jeremiah 31:34 ESV) And no longer shall each one teach his neighbor and each his brother, saying, ‘Know the Lord,’ for they shall all know me, from the least of them to the greatest, declares the Lord. For I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.” And implied in Paul's statement (in Colossians 3:13 "Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the LORD forgave you") is that you must forgive yourself as the LORD forgave you! If God can forgive you, then you must forgive yourself also.
