In my opinion, they are. I believe that Jesus addressed this issue in Luke 20:35-36, when he said, "But those who are counted worthy to attain that age, and the resurrection from the dead, neither marry nor are given in marriage; nor can they die anymore, for they are equal to the angels and are sons of God, being sons of the resurrection.”

(This immortality applies not only to God's angels, but also to the devil and his angels. Hebrews 2:14 speaks of God destroying the devil, but my understanding is that the Greek word (Anglicized as "katargese") that is translated as "destroy" in the King James Version rendering of this passage also means "to break the power of”, as multiple modern translations express it. They will be made permanently ineffectual, and no longer able to oppose God, or to deceive or otherwise afflict the redeemed, but they will not be destroyed.)

I believe that the devil and his demons will be destroyed. Because the last person to be destroyed is death. That is the originator of sin evil and destruction.
Revelations 20:10 is saying that nd the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.

Ever and ever means eternal fire..

But so was sodom and Gomorrah burned with eternal fire as found in Jude 1:7
Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire

But is sodom and Gomorrah burning today? No...

Therefore also this proves that even the wicked will not be burning for ever and ever as found in Malachi 4:3
And ye shall tread down the wicked;
for they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet
The devil is wicked as well so therefore we can gladly know this.

God doesn't like suffering and pain.. I believe God would kindly snuff them out after their punishment (for not taking on Jesus and his forgiveness but holding onto sin) rather than listen or hear their tormented screams for eternity...
This if it was so would be contrary to the gospel of love....

I hope this gives you hope and a better understanding of our loving and wonderful God.
